This Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which refunds are issued. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Our Commitment

We aim to deliver every order fully and on time. If we fall short, we will make it right — fairly, transparently, and promptly.


1. Full Refund

You are entitled to a 100% full refund if:

• We fail to begin or deliver your service entirely

• We are unable to fulfill your order due to reasons on our end

• You cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and work has not yet begun

Full refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.


2. Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if:

• Our service was partially delivered but did not fully meet the agreed scope

• You request cancellation after work has begun but before completion

• The delivered results fall significantly short of what was promised


2.1 Processing Fee Deduction

If your campaign has already been launched and resources have been committed — including advertising spend, staff working hours, or third-party platform fees — Artiztline.com reserves the right to deduct up to 10% of the refund amount to cover those costs. This deduction will always be clearly communicated to you before the refund is finalized.


2.2 Partial Refund Timeframe

Partial refunds are processed within 30 days of the complaint being filed and approved.


3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The service has been fully delivered as described

• You change your mind after a campaign has been fully launched

• Results differ from expectations due to factors outside our control (e.g., platform algorithm changes, audience behavior)

• You violated our Terms and Conditions

• More than 30 days have passed since the service was delivered


4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 24 hours of ordering (before work begins): Full refund
  • Cancel after work has begun: Partial refund based on work completed
  • Cancel after service is fully delivered: No refund

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation. The sooner you reach out, the more we can do to assist you.


5. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1 — Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, communication logs, etc.)
  • Step 2 — Review: Our team will carefully review your complaint within 3 to 5 business days
  • Step 3 — Decision: We will notify you of our decision via email, including the refund amount and any applicable deductions
  • Step 4 — Processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 to 30 days depending on refund type


6. Payment Processing and Stripe

All payments on Artiztline.com are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund processing times depend partly on Stripe and your bank — typically 3 to 10 business days to reflect on your statement
  • We do not store your payment details — all payment data is managed by Stripe under their PCI-DSS compliance standards
  • If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first before filing a chargeback

Chargeback Notice

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We are always happy to resolve disputes directly and promptly — please reach out to us first.


7. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with our refund decision, we encourage you to escalate the matter by replying to our decision email with additional information. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may pursue the matter through your payment provider (Stripe) or applicable consumer protection authorities in your jurisdiction.


8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
