This Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which refunds are issued. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Our Commitment to You


We aim to deliver every order fully and on time. If we fall short, we will make it right — fairly, transparently, and promptly.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method regardless of which payment option you used at checkout.


1. Full Refund

You are entitled to a 100% full refund if:

• We fail to begin or deliver your service entirely

• We are unable to fulfill your order due to reasons on our end

• You cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and work has not yet begun

Full refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and returned to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider and bank.


2. Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if:

• Our service was partially delivered but did not fully meet the agreed scope

• You request cancellation after work has begun but before completion

• The delivered results fall significantly short of what was promised


2.1 Processing Fee Deduction

If your campaign has already been launched and resources have been committed — including advertising spend, staff working hours, or third-party platform fees — Artiztline.com reserves the right to deduct up to 10% of the refund amount to cover those costs. This deduction will always be clearly communicated to you before the refund is finalized. You will never be surprised by an unexplained deduction.


2.2 Partial Refund Timeframe

Partial refunds are processed within 30 days of the complaint being filed and approved.


3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The service has been fully delivered as described

• You change your mind after a campaign has been fully launched

• Results differ from expectations due to factors outside our control (e.g., platform algorithm changes or audience behavior)

• You violated our Terms and Conditions

• More than 30 days have passed since the service was delivered


4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 24 hours of ordering and before work begins: Full refund
  • Cancel after work has begun: Partial refund based on work completed
  • Cancel after service is fully delivered: No refund

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1 — Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as screenshots or communication logs
  • Step 2 — Review: Our team will carefully review your complaint and supporting materials within 3 to 5 business days
  • Step 3 — Decision: We will notify you of our decision via email, including the refund amount and any applicable deductions
  • Step 4 — Processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 to 30 days depending on refund type


6. Payment Processing and Refunds

All payments on Artiztline.com are handled by authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment processors. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund processing times depend on your payment method and financial institution — typically 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement after we initiate the refund
  • We do not store your full payment details on our servers — all payment data is managed by our certified payment processors
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors may not be refundable depending on the processor's policies
  • If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at [email protected] before raising a dispute with your payment provider


Chargeback and Dispute Notice

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account and the forfeiture of any pending orders.
